Hey guys. I was wondering how much this set in this condition should really be valued at?

Personally in that shape I'd think $400-$500. And that's due to the missing bottom rims on the toms, the missing hoop, claws, and T-rods on the bass drum, and the lack of bottom lugs on the floor tom as well as the missing rim. Take into account tension rods, heads, you're gonna spend a little to get it 100%. As long as there are no cracks ( which I couldn't see any ) it's a solid kit. If it was a little more complete I could see spending a little more, but it's missing a good amount. I'm by no means an expert on Ludwig value, so I'd like to hear what others think. That's just where I would feel comfortable.

It's also missing the tom mount. It does have the larger kick and floor tom though. I would think $400 - $500 would be about right, you're probably going to have to spend several hundred more if you want to replace all the missing parts. And get rid of the muffle rings, you've got to let these things ring. These drums sound best with no dampening at all (in my opinion).

New heads - $200

Rims, tension rods, tom mount - $250

Clean, polish, it's a $1000 kit without matching snare.

$400 tops.

Good luck explaining that to the seller. It's the worst part.FYI
