I have one like it. Mine is missing the piece that connects to the floor tom leg. I'd love to find that part but have been unsuccessful.

Wow, that's a very nice looking Upbeat cocktail pedal (it would look even better attached to my 20" FT!)
I think that version came out about 1961 or 1962...

Jerry, the piece you need has been on fleabay for several months. Most folks just don't know what it is.
