Cleaned up Miss "Pretty in Pink" 1961. If I can find wrap close enough to match, I'll be looking for a Slingy 14" floor tom shell, preferably 1 ply mahogany, I have all the hardware. She sure is pretty!

"She sure is pretty." Are you referring to the kit or the one on the bass drum head?
That kit is too cool. What a great vintage color. Good luck on the floor tom project.

Prolly would be a 3-ply mahogany-poplar-mahogany FT shell to match the rest of the shells from 1961.

Try Precision drum for the pink sparkle wrap for the floor tom.
This has to be a rare wrap for Slingerland...

It was a catalog color that you could order "Sparling Pink Pearl" Given the fact that their wasn't many girl drummers in 1961 and most dads back then probably frowned on buying their sons pink drums, not many were sold and those that were faded really bad. These are set up now in my drum room but are covered by a black sheet. :)
