Keystone lugs for classic ? Last viewed: 4 hours ago

Just thought i'd throw this question for anyone who can answer it.

Was wondering if keystone lugs can be swapped out for classic lugs ?

I know it depends if it's classic mini or classic large, but it was just a curiosity.. Any responses are appreciated..

Great question. Are the pics below the same as a keystone lug? It's an 'element' lug.

If so, then it appears that the hole spacing is different.

I heard today that the 2016 Keystone series could have small classic lugs.

Yes they're the same. I saw the new Keystone series with the classic lugs from Ludwig's NAMM pics on their Facebook page..Very nice !

I asked the question because i saw a really nice Ludwig Epic for sale on my local classifieds for a good price, and thought about picking it up and swapping out the keystone lugs for classic lugs, but i guess that idea is over..Lol..
