LOL $2600 for a bunch of modded mismatched possibly rewrapped pieces and junk hardware/cymbals, A/B'd up against an eBay listing of a kit thats been up for over 6 months with no interest cuz the seller is smoking crack at that price. you'd be lucky to see $1000 for all of it.

I don't understand how people like you are allowed to openly insult others. If you don't like what you see then simply pass rather than feeling it necessary to openly throw a tantrum like a child who's mother told you to go to bed early. I won't enter into a ****ing contest with you here.....take your low ball offers to someone who will listen.

I tend to agree. We need to be respectful here. Also surprised seeing that RBD is a big seller on drum forums. Not good for business.

Big package deals like yours are a tough sale, especially here, where the "audience" is generally already well-equipped with stands, cymbals and the such to their individual tastes.

You've included a detailed description, including faults, and that is always appreciated, and just the honest thing to do....wish all sellers were like that!!

Although it is decidedly convenient for a single buyer to come over and pick up all the equipment in one shot, it does limit your potential "buyer pool" dramatically.

To separate the items out would certainly be a longer process, but if the end game is to sell it all, then it might actually be quicker than waiting for that one buyer to buy it all.

Some of your items might be used as "pot sweeteners"....for instance, setting a price for the Roto Toms only and using the addition of the cymbal stand mounting hardware to seal the deal....Say, perhaps, I'd like to get $____ for the toms, but for the asking price plus $30.00, I'll add in the cymbal stand mounting hardware....that sort of thing.

Your Pearl Jupiter snare is a popular one, you would have no problem parting that out for an individual sale, if you're willing to ship it.

Good luck with your sale, and Happy Holidays !

I have to agree .....! "R/B".. I find your ways ...too aggressively rude & with personal gain...!

You want the items..(so you can flip to make money) I understand..!

If anyone requires additional info or pics of any of the equipment I can be reached either via PM or at editour2@yahoo.com.

P.S. I didn't think that Zildjian cymbals, mine specifically, were "junk". Also, 95% of my hardware is of the Tama heavy duty variety and very well maintained. As stated in this post a few times I have owned this equipment for over 40 years and as such am not in the habit of keeping "junk".

I appreciate all the positive comments and support by other members of this forum, (thanks Rims and Skins).

I understand the surprise at the asking price, but the kettle just called the pot black.

The seller has every right to sale his gear without being ridiculed for doing so. The market will bare out the price for better or worst, no need to be disrespectful. Plus it's one of the forums rules Too not comment negatively about the asking price., no side line quarterbacks please.x-mas3
