"Polished Maple" Gretsch Last viewed: 28 minutes ago

For goodness sake, why doesn't someone who cares about this matter contact Gretsch? Even Fred is not unreachable. I don't really care one way or the other. But, it's been interesting following the Gretschies debating it. It reminds me of listening to vintage guitar "experts" offering opinions about what Leo Fender or Seth Lover did or did not do with their designs of Fender and Gibson guitars. For almost every assertion that Leo or Seth never did something, there will be exceptions that show up at guitar shows.

No matter how far you push the envelope, it is still stationery.

orangemi,

Why why why do we keep going down this same road about something that doesn't yet have any supporting documentations.

To this date nobody yet to include Gretsch has ever provided any strong solid evidence to support all of these stripped or fake natural maple Gretsch RB kits.
