Pearl from around 1968-70 or later Pearl stencil. Almost all the Pearl stencils had this tom mount, whether it was CB 700, Royce, Maxwin, etc. It's really not a bad mount if you don't wail on your drums.

So I am going to assume the owner before me must have broke or lost the swivo and had this put on. So it will fit the swivo holder on the bass drum.

Sorry need that one. Search on Pearl, CB700, Maxwin Ruether etc.. vintage tom mount. Didn't have any problem finding some needed spares.
