Gretsch Broadkaster Logo Vector File Last viewed: 7 hours ago

Does anyone have such a thing? I want to get the Inked by Evans bass drum head with the Broadkaster logo for my set but I can't seem to find it. I'm sure I've seen it floating around online a while ago though... As far as I know it needs to be a Vector file so it can be blown up to fit the head. Any leads would be great!

Today is your lucky day! I have dabbling with graphics listed as one of my hobbies, behind restoring drums. So I went out and grabbed an image of the logo you're asking for and reproduced it in Illustrator. If you PM me, I have the ai, eps, pdf and png files out on my Google Drive, just parked and waiting for you to drive them to your printer. Yes Sir

If I have done the wrong logo, post an image of the correct one for me and I'll gladly do it again.

That's a nice logo, but I have to ask.......what are the Copywrite laws around this?

Again......just asking

It would be trade mark law that would apply...but I don't know to what extent. I think the regular Gretsch logo with the bass drum is TM but haven't noticed if this version is or not.

As long as you don't mass produce and sell decals should be fine.

Creighton.

Nothing special here but I like them.

Yes, that's what I thought as well. Maybe some here remember when someone was selling homemade Gretsch Round Badges a few years ago. I heard that the 'Gretsch police' shut that down.

As they should have done. Counterfeiting logos or badges for profit is a criminal pursuit. Making a counterfeit logo for yourself is still not really legal, but probably will not cause the trade mark owners to bring any heat on you.

No matter how far you push the envelope, it is still stationery.
