Ludwig kit for sale Last viewed: 1 day ago

Selling this kit. You can read how the drums were restored here,

http://www.vintagedrumforum.com/showthread.php?t=45369

I tried selling this kit last year and had no luck. I will be attending the Chicago drum show on May 21, I will be happy to bring the kit to the show. I did have a few bites on the kit but I blame myself for not doing a great job following up.

This is a really nice kit, sounds very good. Has all new heads top and bottom (except the batter on the kick it is Remo clear pinstripe) The others are Evans coated G2. The snare drum is a six ply ludwig marching drum cut down to 5.25" and sounds amazing. Would be a great gigging kit, the finish is a bullet proof conversion varnish.

If you did contact me about the kit last year and I did not reply I apologize.

I am pricing the kit at 700.00 firm, will not sell the snare by its self.

I will take cash only.

You did such an amazing job on that kit! Curious as to why you are selling those?

Sorry to hear it Jeff. I don't enjoy selling my gear. But at least we do have something that is marketable to turn into cash. Hope that work picks up.

I wanna know why so cheap? That kit came out really great. Someone will scoop it up at the price. Best of luck with the sale.

John

Too many great drums to list here!

John, I didnt think it was worth more than that. I think I have more than 700 in the kit with all new heads and everything.

Thank you!

once the brass ceases to glitter, and the drum looses its luster, and the stage remains dark, all you have left is the timbre of family.
