Very cool drum. I wouldn't pass that up for 40 bucks. Instead of using it as a decorative piece, it could be the nice start to a big band/swing setup. It's a shame someone (probably a long time ago) washed out the original hand-painted windmill scene on the head to paint that 8th note. The original painting would have added a lot to the vintage look.
