Typical, I was hoping you would come up with something that required a miniscule of intelligence.

once the brass ceases to glitter, and the drum looses its luster, and the stage remains dark, all you have left is the timbre of family.

I'm sorry to disappoint you Mark. I know you're DYING to get into it with me. You try to bait me at every opportunity. I just don't indulge in intellectual fighting with unarmed opponents. It isn't a fair fight. :D

Wanna go again? LOL

Mark - Yes... the 'sarcasm' is where you lose me and here's why: Check the dictionary definition of the word/term, sarcasm.

sar·casm

ˈsärˌkazəm/

noun: sarcasm; plural noun: sarcasms

The use of irony to mock or convey contempt.

Synonyms:derision, mockery, ridicule, scorn, sneering, scoffing;

You mistake 'sarcasm' for 'humor.' They are two different animals and each will elicit some pretty specific responses/reactions from the reader. Something 'humorous' will make you laugh. 'Sarcasm' when directed at an individual will p*ss you off. See the difference?

Unless you are really adept at using the English language to express yourself and to convey specific meaning, sarcasm can be a weapon in the wrong hands. If not carefully constructed, it will -offend- and even anger the person it is directed at.

Yes, I -am- a 'good guy' as you call me, but I'm also a city kid (born and raised on the streets of the upper West-side of Manhattan) and by the time I was five years old, I was able to tell the difference between when it was raining and when somebody was p*ssing on my leg. Just be yourself with me, Mark. Stop trying so hard to be a smart-mouth, spouting 'sarcastic' remarks at every opportunity and we can be friends. I do like you, you're just a little hard to take sometimes. As I already mentioned, my city training doesn't allow me to take much crap from anybody. Ergo the head-butting sessions we have. Without the sarcasm... we could get along great. We both love the same things. There's no reason why we shouldn't get along.

Peace...

John
