From SWEET LENNY

Never thought of that....thanks! Here's a picture of none other....the KING...Bonzo with this set-up. I understand that he didn't use the double bass kit for long. I think Page and Plant didn't like it for some reason.

also his mounted tom is a 12x14" not the size your using also bonham was a big guy.

Your drummers not much good is he!? What you need is someone that's as good as me. ! John Henry Bonham !!

I didn't know that....Jason is kinda built like me....stocky, I'm 5' 9 but have broad, big up top chest etc. I just hope I can reach all this ****. I think it will be a bad ass kit....just got to learn to master it!

I wouldn't exactly call 5'10" big.

I'm playing a 26" radio king with a 13" on a snare stand and it's pretty much in the same place (relative to the snare) as it is on my '80 superstar with a 24" and the other outs I had with 22" kicks. I'm 6' tall but I don't sit high, the top of my thighs are usually parallel to the ground. That being said I'm not using a 15" power tom which is understandably going to have to go really high to sit over the bass drum(s) or if has to be lower then you'll have to have it in between the kicks which may spread your kit awkwardly depending on the 'feet spacing' you feel comfortable with.
