They are SlingerLeedy's, from the looks of the claws? It's a great "player's set". Someone needs to grab this one. Really undervalued drums. Slingerland shells, and I like the lugs *better*. Good sizes, ok mods, and black. I'm trying to think what I could set free to make room for it....

I just love Leedy lugs. This looks like a great deal, GLWS Mark.

I know a lot of guys don't like black drums, but I always have, especially since it's not a wrap. Whoever did the paint and added the mods did a great job, it looks like it came from the factory this way. I've seen a lot of kits with mods and there are usually extra screw holes or something odd looking. I have a few interested parties here locally, so these may not be around long.

I'll bet they sound great also, ditto on Mikey's comment

April 2nd 1969 scarfed pink champagne holly wood and 65/66 downbeat snare, and , supra same year very minty kit old pies
66/67 downbeat with canister
Super 400 small round knob
1967 super classic obp

once the brass ceases to glitter, and the drum looses its luster, and the stage remains dark, all you have left is the timbre of family.

I've decided to keep this kit after playing them Saturday. It was the first time I used them at an indoor club. I used them a couple times at a low volume patio gig, but after really laying into these guys, they just sound too good to let them go for $400.

Smart move. Great drums, really undervalued. If you change your mind, let me know.
