This is when you have one of those 'Um...' moments. Add to that $53.00 shipping to me in California.

Pride of ownership is a wonderful thing, and this guy is REAL proud of those Slingy's.

Maybe his spouse asked him to sell them, and he doesn't want to.

From slingerland

Sucker would be a kind thing to say about the person that buys that at at that price. However, 'There's a sucker born every minute'.

Urban legend is that this quote is from PT Barnum. I heard it really isn't, but from some guy that wasn't fond of Barnum.

Also; if this guy gets that price, I've got some faded bridges for sale... pix below:

He's serious. But not for the reason you may think.

Unless my understanding of fees on ePrey if faulty, this is free advertising (or almost free once he has a store going) targeted at a very specific market. So long as nobody is going to purchase at that price his advertising is almost free because he doesn't have final value fees.

If somebody does purchase at that price he isn't going to care given how high the price is. It will cover the final value fees.

It is win-win for the seller.

Feel free to peruse the current rules (as I did) and correct me if I've got it wrong. I only had a quick review to see what has changed.

nor sure I follow that? free advertising? showing the world that all his products are overpriced is kind of ridiculous to me
