Cool ,love to crash a party, in this case a fiesta. Wee hah!

April 2nd 1969 scarfed pink champagne holly wood and 65/66 downbeat snare, and , supra same year very minty kit old pies
66/67 downbeat with canister
Super 400 small round knob
1967 super classic obp

once the brass ceases to glitter, and the drum looses its luster, and the stage remains dark, all you have left is the timbre of family.

I've been lucky enough to visit Mexico about forty times and consider it my adopted homeland. I love the country! The people are very musical and very talented! I can live without the trumpets though! It's just a personal preference but, man, after a bit.......Were there trumpets?

Just a drummer who loves all things about vintage drums! Nothing more, nothing less.

I head to Mexico at every chance as well. Great place. These cats had the music nailed. Yes did get some sleep. Helped them load out, done at 2:00am.

Got the full horn sound. Tuba honked on time and was a great touch.

Best I could sort from the fine sir that has his hat off is most of the band were his sons. My Spanish needs work and pretty sure he has no use/need for english but he tried. Had a good time.

Many wonderful sights but was an intruder so behaved myself. Lived to tell the story. Sometimes that is the best one can do...
