"in picture 2...I believe the lock should be under the head of the tension rod."I think the locks are in the correct location in picture 2. Snug against the lug they act as a lock-nut. Under the head of the t-rod they could turn along with the it. Gary
I had this picture in the post before (in post #9) and do not believe this is correct....so I had edited it. It's just slid over the top of the tension rod nut...that can't be correct and could just pop off. I believe it should be like in the pic with the black drum.
