I use my real first name,but only my last initial,for the same reason,my phone numbers and address are unlisted.I've put lots of bad guys in jail,so I have remain...somewhat anonymous.

ok - seriously - I would agree (as if I have a choice - [see screenname]).....so long as we all where name tags with our SCREENNAMES at the Chicago Drum Show!

I'm somewhat anonymous online for similar reasons - I've upset some people over the years by doing my job as a Federal Law Enforcement Officer protecting natural resources (Canada) - retired now.

But, in reality - if someone wants to find you bad enough.....it's pertty darn easy these days.
