It's a Superclassic. I had the same ss kit & another member pointed out the following when I had a ? @ the 20" BD:
Actually, it wouldn't have been a custom order. The Superclassic with a 22 was number 980p. The 20 bass version was number 987p. It's a standard cat kit."
Difficult to tell from the photo if $950 is reasonable. Go visit the kit & make an offer based on wrap & hardware condition - but do not let anyone here know what town you live in or else they'll be thankful for the tip & beat you to it (if they haven't already).

Hey guys, I'm looking to (finally) get into vintage drums. I've come across a kit locally that is being advertised as a 60's ludwig kit in the 13/16/20 configuration. The serial numbers are all in the 2619xx range. I guess it needs some cleanup but nothing is missing. Do you guys think these are Super Classic toms pieced with a Club Date or Downbeat kick? Also I'm curious if the asking price of $950 is reasonable given that a snare drum is not included and it might need some work.Picture attached.
