Brass Drum ID please

Hello, everyone:

There's a brass snare , 14 x 6 on ebay. The number is 22132322823. The seller is ghostnote 123. The seller does not know the manufacturer as there are no marks on the drum whatsoever. Would anyone here hazard an educated guess? Thank you very much!

It looks like an Asian made knock off.Pearl type lugs and generic strainer.The're are made en mass,and sold under many different names.

For that scratch,you can probably pick up a used Ludwig black and white badge, 300 series snare in brass or bronze.:2Cents:
