I have some here @20 with springs/washers/screws and rods.!

just want to make sure there the right ones...(came off a luddy 15" tom from the early 60s with the wht interior..

You are not missing lugs....you are missing t-rods......

If Rims 'n Skins doesn't have the correct rods...I probably do....

Well, I don't know what you're playing right now, but these Luddys are excellent drums, if I were you, I'd keep them and play the hell out of them.

Yes, it`s a Downbeat. 20x14..12x8..14x14 What I see missing are hoops, T-rods, cymbal mount and spurs. And I see three extra holes.

Jimi, you could restore and have one of the great luddies of that era !i

I'll get some more pics on here of everything, if I have all the hardware for the kick drum except the L that the ride tom hangs on and the pedal. Its the bottom rings and lugs that im missing. I even have a hi-hat stand and very old looking zildjian hi-hat cymbols

Maybe just a communication problem, I can see 5 of the 8 lugs on your floor tom. I don`t see the hoop (ring) or T-rods (screws). Are there missing lugs on the floor tom too ?
