I have an unknown era juergens snare drum in mint condition. I think it may be one of twoo in the world. Does anyone know any history if this drum. If you search "juergens snare" In google images it is the first to pop up. Thanks

I can only find a picture of the badge in terrible condition. Juergens mfg co Cincinnati Ohio. Maybe from the sixties?

I had a similar looking snare from the 40's, that was a Gretsch. Even though Gretsch was in Brooklyn, .. could there possibly be a relationship ? (of course generic parts were available to anyone).

Yeah may be previous name for Gretch? I seem another juergens on a museum from the 30s

..Not an earlier name, but, Gretsch did make instruments on contract for others, in an earlier period.
