I just tried one of those Mr Clean magic erasers on a bad brown burn stain on some white vinyl and it removed every trace of the stain. Try it, they're cheap and much easier than the sanding drill.

Its a dense treated sponge you wet, squeeze and wipe.

Believe it or else!

Just a heads-up... you don't want to heat up wrap with a hair dryer because it can loosen the adhesive bond of the wrap!

Too many great drums to list here!

Thanks John! Because I recall me advising somewhere on here of how to clean wrap. I suggested using microfiber clothe with soapy water - and then I told them if they get any water in / on the holes, it needs to be dried immediately and to do that I use a hair dryer. Now I know to specify to use the "Cold" button that blows out air with no heat! Gee, I am a "Vintage Drum Guru" and am still learning!

In a related topic - careful not to place stage lighting too close to drums as it can melt wrap....been there.

I had a great day! Instead of sleeping in and wasting the day, I got up at 8 and I had all my slacking done by noon!
