59' Ludwig kit, rare size, rare finish, home again! Last viewed: 3 hours ago

John: I respectfully disagree with Mike. I think that you SHOULD sell them to me and then I can sell them back to you sometime down the road. I know that I'd be thrilled to have them and I can only imagine how excited you'd be to have them "return home" for a second time! It would be a win-win situation for both us (lol)!

Flat out gorgeous kit! CONGRATULATIONS on getting them back!

"Interesting" may be an understatement...

Significant might be a better one?

I have a transition badge Super Classic snare drum that matches that wrap. I don't know how to post pics but can send one to an email address if your interested. The interior is white. What color are yours. Awesome kit by the way.

Gerald - the drums are clear mahogany inside with Rock maple re-rings. If your snare is a good match to my wrap, I'd be interested in buying it to complete my kit. Let me know...

Brew - I have actually sold these twice! I bought them originally online at Music-Go_Round for $600 shipped to my door! First time I sold them I got $1850. from a guy on fleabay. 6 mos. later I bought them back from him for $1200. A year later I sold them a second time for $1600. And I just bought them back from the guy that bought them from him for $1300.00.

Round and round she goes, where she stops nobody knows! LOL

Which is why Bev didn't even blink as I forked over $1300. Even my non-drummer wife knows these drums are special. She loves this kit and I think it was harder on her when I sold it, than it was on me! She loves to dance around the living room to my drumming when I'm downstairs playing. The sound (and the color) of this particular kit has been one of her favorites.

Mine too.

Glad to see you have them back 'home.' Congratulations on the return of your very fine drums. They look spectacular and sound the same no doubt.
