Have no idea but at the risk of stating the obvious, it may be worthwhile to explore the Houston craigslist before going and if you see some vintage drum items you can check it out possibly while you're there as well. It's a big city :) have fun

Check out Rockin' Robin in Houston. Bart usually has some nice vintage gear.

Plus one on Rockin Robins. I live about 30 minutes from the shop and go to check out all the nice vintage snares. It's a great place, but a lot of the stuff is display only. Send a message if you would like some company when you go.

It's on Sheppard just north of 59. West houston, Montrose area. Big portrait of Stevie Ray Vaughn painted on the side and surfboards out front. You can't miss it.

James, thank you. If I go there I will look you up. Not sure if I will have time or not, only have five days to spend with my daughter.

latzanimal, I did google houston drum shops. I just like to get advice from guys who actualy go to the places.
