I used USPS when shipping to my friend LongJohn here. That worked well for me. You can get a type of tracking on it as well.

thanks guys that is where I got my quote I found out gedex and rps are not the way to go lol

Nor DHL nor any other Courier companies. USPS is much cheaper if you can meet the size and dimensional and weight restrictions.
