70s Pearl FG 14x22 BD Last viewed: 3 hours ago

Loading...

Late 1970s Pearl fiberglass shell bass drum, 14x22.

For it's age, overall very good condition. Yes, there are some scratches and dings in the wrap, some issues with the chrome, but in very good condition for it's age.

All of the hardware is correct for the era. The spurs have the T-handle instead of the round knob. The only modification is this was used as my "second" bass drum so I covered the double tom mount holes with that new-fangled "Pearl" cover that was made for this pupose! The holes for the cover weren't quite right so there are extra holes. I will include the double tom mounting bracket if you desire (the extra holes will cover).

IF no one wants it here, it's going up on eBay!

$139 + $41 flat rate shipping anywhere in the USA (only!). I would consider shipping internationally, but the shipping will be more!

Let me know through email or PM.

Thanks,

Bill

Hey Bill, Do you have another shell in that same color that you would be willing to sell? Or remove all the hardwear from this one?..I just need a sell to match the set iam going to pick up later today. As you can see the wrap on the bass drum is missing a piece.here is a photo of the set..Mikey

No, but how about the next-best thing? I did have another shell that was missing a section of wrap off the bottom of the BD. I removed the piece of wrap to use the shell on another project -- and saved it.

Hey, is your set missing the FT as well? I have a wrapped 16x16 shell in the same color...

Mikey,

Your PM box is full, so sending posting here:

Just wondering if you got the Pearl drums and need the piece of blue wrap for the BD.

I've also still got an old WFL 12x17 shell that we talked about several months ago, as well as several 12x15 Ludwig Stainless Steel shells.

I'm always open to trades. I could use a couple of Ludwig P-83s if you've got any (chrome, but would consider nickel). They don't need to be perfect as the lugs and other hardware I've got to go with them aren't...

Thanks,

Bill
