Nice kit!! I like Ludwig`s Thermogloss finish...Your kit has a history behind it which makes it more special...How long have you owned it?
Cheers

yeah, seen the kit in my neck of the woods. it hurt not to get them but i just don't have the room. and i knew one of the local guys like you would get them. killer score.
Awesome! The stories that kit could tell...
Ha! From the title, I expected the drums to be rectangular!

Wow!!
That's fantastic!!
I do hope Chuck Berry had nothing to do with the filming of said documentary.

Very proud owner of a new Blaemire Snare 6.5 x 14 made by Jerry Jenkins "Drumjinx"
Awesome score! That's a beautiful looking kit man. The Rogers mounts were very common on Luddy touring kits from the 60s and 70s. There are many pics of Bonham, Mitch Mitchell, Ringo and others playing Luddys equipped with Rogers mounts....now you have one of those kits! Congrats.
Perfect and my first thought was, when did Bo play the drums? guitar3
There was one of the first extreme guitar guys. He could have just been who he was with the music, and been great with hambone styles, but he played it up one more step with art guitars. I like that!
Art is often times more than artistry. There's the performance side. He did it and crossed bridges.
I 'll keep saying this. I should have bought those Wobble Drums in the store window, in Mount Pleasant Iowa in 1967! ;)
