That's an early Ludwig Ghost, after they purchased it from Bob Ramsey. Later Ludwig Ghost pedals have the Ludwig logo on the side spring caps. The "classic" pre-Ludwig Ghost had two holes in the footboard, which this one does not.
Definitely not a "Moeller" though ;)

Actually, that IS a pre-Ludwig Ghost as it DOES have the two holes in the foot board. They were used to hold it in place when in the folded position.

Hi Mike! Happy New Year All!
Yep, I've got a pre-Luddy Ghost myself. Bought it brand new at Sound Stage in Fresno.
That is indeed the same one. Those really are nice pedals.
