Not sure what it is year or brand. I have had them for 12 years and it sounds great.
The Tom Holder is a Perl and a Sticker inside is well and truly passed the readable stage it's very heavy and has a really deep tome with wooden hoops.

It is a mid to late 1980's Pearl bass drum, says Pearl right on the hardware and the lugs are correct. There looks like some type of label in them but your pictures are all very blurry so I can't make out anything that is written on it.

Sorry about that I'm a little shaky the Sticker is almost totally un readable
I wasn't sure if that was the original Tom Holder.
