Found this better shot of my 1967 ludwig psych red kit-supra has a date stamp of Nov 3 1967 and serial number beginning 554....all original with 14 in floor tom

Very nice set! Downbeat sets become more rare after about mid 1968 becasue everyone seemed to want bigger drums then. Since psych red AND mod orange both appeared around June of 1967, not that many downbeat sets were made in those colors. Same applies to jazzfests since Ludwig mostly put a supra with any set after the 1964 Beatle boom.
