Looks like the first series of Standards '68-'71, according to The Ludwig Book.

On the serial number page it says the Standard series drums followed their own numbering system, can't find it though.

... thanks a lot GAR, that provides confirmation of my assumption. The serial number on my badge is 14984.

Is there an online version of the Ludwig Book ?
