Seriously why the hell would you do this but anyway it's an automotive rim made into a drum. nutting new been done many times before by others.

I don't think so. Looks like a Peavey Radial Pro drum from the 1990's to me........

I'm not sure if they made marching snares, but it could be a converted tom or might even be one of the fore-runners of the Peavey drums made by the original designer, Steven Volpp

Paul, I believe your on the money well done!!
I heard those Peavy re-dail drums are RARE and sound KILLER. if thats what it is, would be a nice find.
