Does this looked re-wrapped?

I'm looking for a drum like this, but to me it appears to be re-wrapped, look close at the WMP, looks more modern to me. seller doesn't say anything about it

I concur with vintagemore2000. However, these are the exact questions that need to be forwarded directly to the seller. I never purchase ANY item on e-Bay prior to obtaining all the information I believe I need to make an intelligent decision. I'd be foolish to do so.

That's a 70's-80's black/silver badge, no? Somewhere in the 80's based on the serial #? Except the grommet doesn't look right at all, like it's been replaced. Certainly no where near the 60's.

That's what I see. Vintagemoore, I'm curious what you see that I don't? I seriously feel like I learn something new every day on this forum.

I dont know if this will help but the badge has been pulled back. You can see a shadow in the last picture.Shouldn't the badge fit snug to the shell???.Plus the grommet doesnt look right. Might be a fine sounding drum, but getting rid of it because you moved into a condo? Ever hear of a TOWEL.. or say the cut to fit RUBBER DRUM PAD.got melk?
