I have seen that little design of the drum shell with the pair of sticks before----associated with Gigster drums. The general design though, has a bit of artdeco to it ----I would guess ,the 30's. Was production not halted during the war, in favour of military production, so late 40's designs would have harkened back to the 30's for a while anyway.
