I just went thru this with ebay, I had a 100% track record on the positive side things . I had one buyer that won one of my auction , after he wins he complains about the shipping cost so i told him that i would re-imburse him his money and repack the package to find him a better shipping rate and i did , i saved him close to 50$ , now he's very happy with me , i sent him a new invoice , he never responds and and leaves me on the hook with the ebay fees like they have been sold , weeks later i get a message from him asking were are his drums were , i E mailed him back and told him that i can prove i returned your money and tried to make contact with him to pay the new invoice , and now i will not do any trans action with him . The A$$ H@!e leaves me a a damming feed back on ebay for my efforts on helping help him his shipping issues.

I called Ebay to let them know that this ain't fair and they toold me not to worrie and they would have that removed , just like mikey they did nothing and i lost money over it , Evil bay protects buyer not sellers in good positive standing

Mikey until ebay resolves this (if ever) you can always put a note in your listings to explain the one neg. I see a lot of people do that. I think anyone here that knows you wouldn't hesitate to buy from you on there. I'd have no problem buying anything from you and many others here that sell there too. Some buyers you just can't please no matter what you do for them. And will be jerks besides. Seems like a never ending nightmare dealing with ebay these days.

Mkey and I had problems with this same buyer. His negative feedback was removed from mine and not returned. The buyers name is 21 aldebaren. If he bids on your items,I would suggest that you remove his bid and block him. He claims that items are not received, leaves negative feedback and gets a refund. I, like Mikey and most everyone else try to get items out quickly and pay more to ship overseas only to lose our gear and the shipping cost to someone that steals from us and ruin our reputations as sellers. After my experience with this clown, I no longer ship to Europe even after dealing with several excellent buyers from there. Its only a matter of time before I lose an entire kit and chose not to take the chance. Mikey, I suggest you call ebay and have them look at this guys history of doing this. The squeaky wheel gets the grease. Good luck
