Is Counterhoop in business? Last viewed: 5 hours ago

They have a drum I want at a decent price. Tried to do a PayPal transaction, and there was an error on their end. Tried calling their number, and got a strange voice mail. Anybody deal with them lately?

Thanks.

I sold him a set awhile a go as far as I know they're in business. Surely they have an email address on there.

From tillerva

Surely they have an email address on there.

Got a couple of automated replies. You'd think someone would take notice when you leave them messages saying, "hey, your PayPal's not working".

Thanks for the reply.

Resolved. It appears they're having some technical difficulties that will be taken care of soon.

Thanks very much for the information.

He posted a floor tom last week on ebay.So did another seller by the name of AMADE183.The exact same tom WITH EXACTLY THE SAME PICS.I messaged BOTH sellers and. . . . .No reply from either? Pretty fishy business here!

I'm dealing with this same issue right now. Their "technical difficulty" with Paypal is still live, so the alternative is a check or bank wire, but I'm not sure I trust these guys. Emailed them, and no response at all.

I emailed counterhoop recently via ebay and he didn't get back to me. After a few days I emailed they at the address given on their website and they got back to me within a few hours.

I met with Zach in person last month and bought a '40s RK floor tom. He is the nicest guy you could ever hope to meet. I have his contact info if anyone needs, simply pm me. He is very busy, but is trying to keep everything in the air at once.
