Just scored! Been looking for a vintage 20, 12, 14 for a while but they're soo hard to find and often people want 1500 and up for them. Picked this one up with snare a royal ace for less than a grand and the blue marble finish looks pristine! Pics coming when I get the kit

Hi Paolo, Welcome to VDF! I know you're a hard core Sonor guy... are you becoming hard core 'vintage' Premier also? Bowing
Ron
Guess I'll find out soon enough! How's that phonic reissue treating you?
You mean my "desert island" snare? For me, it just doesn't get any better!

Yeah those are sweet! I 've had two, let them both go, as much as I like 6.5's and 7's I just nver take them on gigs! Don't know why, I guess I just like the immediate feedback of a 5 or 5.5.
