I saw this, which is the exact drum I want, but the price looks higher than I thought it should be.

Drum looks nice, but certainly seems high to me. If it were a solid shell, that would be another thing but it's unlikely.

Looking at picture 9, it seems there is some serious delaminating taking place.

Nicely presented, though, and if I am right, no trying to hide it.

I asked the guy if I could make an offer, he said I can, but he probably won''t take it. LOL, I offered $500, I think that is more than fair.

Picture 9 is very blurry, I don't see how you could make that determination from that picture. But delaminating or not, I think $650 isn't just high, it's outrageous. I wouldn't give more than $350 for that drum.
