Well at least the really expensive pieces aren't based on handedness lolAlmost all companies offer full right stuff now it may be easier to sell now and it's definitely cheaper now too (not cheap tho lol) get back out there I played with a guy recently who hadn't been on the ice since I was 3 years old
It was going to take the same amount of time to get a trap and blocker from Vaughan as it was Cooper or DR. At that time, Vaughan had the best choices for a full right set up. I spent twenty years ago what it would cost now to buy in-stock, top retail stuff. Of course it came from Canada and not from China. The guy who bought my stuff is STILL using it and gets it refreshed every few years. My stuff was made to look like Grant Fuhr's stuff when he played for the Blues.
What does amaze me is the fact that modern goalie stuff doesn't load up with water and need three days to dry out!!! Until I got my more modern leg pads, I had some '60s Coopers that seemed to double in weight after a game of butterfly goaltending!!!!
If I didn't have two bands that I am playing in, I would probably lace 'em up again. But there's no time these days...
