I have a 13x9 and a 14x10 mahogany with re-ring and separate lugs in fair condition. Does that help?

AH! Not sure. It's not for me It's for this guy who has a 74 - 75 Premier kit. I've checked around and Every 12 X 8 Premier Tom I've seen has 1 solid lug. Only a concert tom has the single lugs. I'll let you know.

These are from that vintage- they use the art deco lugs, not the sharktooth.

The best way I can describe the lugs is shark tooth like. I'm not that familar with Premier. But he's Definitely looking for a 12 X 8.
