So I am new here Guys. This is the kit I learned to play on. I am looking at parting with it in order to purchase a e-kit for teaching my kids. Can anyone tell me what it may be worth? I don't know if I have all of the hardware but I think this is a pretty rare finish.

What sizes? What year? Any extra holes? Is there a rail consolette on the bass drum? Psych red is collectible. More pics would help. A guess, without more info, would be $700 to $1300.

That's a nice drum set. Just curious...is volume an issue for teaching? There are ways to get around that without giving up such a beautiful set.

I also have a set of 1987 Power Tour Customs I used when I was playing alot. With 4 kids I dont get much time anymore. I am not a collector so I feel this set of Ludwigs would make someone else very happy. I can live without them.

I put them in a local shop on consignment for $1000.00. Is that a fair price?
Price may be a bit on the high side, but not too high for starters. Interested buyers will shoot you a bid anyway. I did an ebay completed auction search and found two orphan toms, 16x16 floor sold for $200 and a 9x13 sold for $129, both keystone.
