Hmm...Eugene, for sure, but not Portland! Maybe I've just never heard that because I live here.

I think the reputation should be: "Too many bar bands, not enough bars." Maybe that would get people to stop moving here...

Well Eugene is what the insiders know. To outsiders, it's Portland or "Potland" as some would say. People think the same for San Francisco, Seattle and Vancouver, too. It's a whole string of 'em right up the coast!
