Any Info About This Badge?

Never seen this one before. My guess is a 60's Japanese kit possibly before Hoshino was the parent company to Tama. Any info would be helpful. Thanks.

If you have some more pictures of this drum/set I'd like to see them.

Supposedly, there were two drum companies with Hoshino in the name:

Hoshino Gakki produced Star drums and eventually Tama.

Hoshino Kougyou produced drums under the Hoshino name, like yours, in the 1970s.
Unfortunately, those drums aren't going to make you rich.

Only ones I have. Kit belongs to a friend. That Pearl tom mount looks like an add on maybe. Not sure.

Well, those drums are certainly not your everyday MIJ fare. Those lugs are pretty close Rogers copy, right? And is the finish a veneer? Try to score some more pics next time you visit your friend!

Thanks very much for posting!
