snare initials in a ludwig

does any one no what the initials bt inside drum would be in a 67 3 x13 chrome jazz snare is not suppose to be out til 71 ?any help will be appreciated ty

April 2nd 1969 scarfed pink champagne holly wood and 65/66 downbeat snare, and , supra same year very minty kit old pies
66/67 downbeat with canister
Super 400 small round knob
1967 super classic obp





once the brass ceases to glitter, and the drum looses its luster, and the stage remains dark, all you have left is the timbre of family.

Always wondered what the initials meant too, there's a C U R inside a Ludwig Supra I've got & I've seen the same initials inside drums from the same time, late '50's , early '60's.

I have two guesses one a worker at Ludwig who put the drum together or the owner of the drum....Mikey

I researched the initials in a '67 club date bass drum once. The PB ended up to be the sellers kid's initials and had nothing to do with the factory. Oh well, my mystery solved.
