I think that kit was once in my possession. I believe it has a relatively rare 16x14 floor tom and the snare is a Tower model if nothing has changed....

Probably from the late 90's early 2000's. Made in Japan. Not sure who licensed the name to that manufacturer. Some of the other guys will know.
