Zildjian hollow logo cymbals - value??? Last viewed: 13 hours ago

Happy New year!

I recently scored a set of hollow logo Zildjians in good shape, but really have no need for them. I'd say they're a solid 7 on a scale of 10. No cracks, warps, flea-bites or keyholing. Typical light/moderate cosmetic wear [light patina/stick marks/finger prints]

20" deep ride, 16" crash, 14" new beat hats [only the bottom says "BOTTOM NEW BEAT HI HAT"

Each cymbal also has small writing in black marker under each cup.

I know they're nice, pro cymbals - but not super collectible. I'm thinking of selling the set for $300-400 - seem reasonable?

Any and all feedback is greatly appreciated!

I think your prices are right on track for these. the hollow ink logo zildjians are actually very desirable. cymbal prices seem to be down a bit right now. if they were mine, I wouldn't cut them loose for less than 325 or so..good luck!

The Deep Rides don't come up that often. I know you're looking to flip, but I would spend some time with that cymbal before cutting her loose. These are sleeper cymbals! They have the profile of a K with the manufacturing process of an A. Basically a K sound with the zing of an A.

I have a hollow logo Deep Ride and a reissue (00's) Deep Ride and they get used frequently for my gigs and recording sessions. T Bruce Wittet even includes them in his 21 "Best, most innovative, functional cymbals ever produced". (#6)
