Robin, that is a nice looking maple shell you have there! The solid maple shells started showing up around 1932 or so.
In order to keep the drum as original as possible, you'll need the correct era strainer. That would be the type with the threaded post that accepts the throw-off lever and knob. VERY tough to find these days. You could also consider an AK Drums repro, which look extremely authentic. I can't quite see the clips you have for the rims or if the tension rods are correct. Of course, if this is to be a "player", then it's probably not worth investing $200 for a period-correct strainer.
Also, you'll need the type of strainer where the bottom section that guides the snare string faces inward toward the shell. You can see some of this stuff on this page of my web site:
The butt plate is fairly easy to locate, as are the tension rods.
