Yamaha YD9000 BD-924D 14x24 bass drum (1978-79)

Natural satin finish, Birch shell, Tour lugs

A few nicks and scratches but no damage

Missing rubber feet for spurs, has tom holder mount plate

Ebony Pinstripe batter, Evans Black Onyx front w/port

This drum is pre-Recording Custom. Great sound!

Very cool and excellent condition.

If I had more room and funds, I'd be looking hard for a kit like this.

Your drum represents the 'son' of my Y badge kit (same lugs) and the Father of my Recording Custom kit. If I had a 9000 kit, I would have three generations of development of the Yamaha drums.
