I can do a 21" calf head for you, PM me if you are interested. You may also want to get an exact measurement on your drum if you go the mylar route. Many of the odd size drums that I own are very odd sizes like 16 7/8" and things like that.

Remo does stock 21" heads but as Tympani heads. I think any dealer could order those. ----might not be perfect but it is a head. Personally, I'd scan around and find some rawhide and do a skin head. There most be a lot of animal skins in Oz, Doode. Regarding the customs--They are pretty slow. but you get really good heads.
