I'm looking for a single-headed red sparkle tom, 16x10 for a bass drum project. Seem to remember a 16x12 also, which would work, but not sure about that.

Odd size... you might have to convert a marcher to find a shell with those dimensions. I'm assuming you meant to say; 16" across, 10" deep. (?) Happy hunting.

Yes, 10x16. Slingy produced a bunch of these drums. I have couple in gold sparkle, 3-ply w/edges top and bottom, and they work well as floors and bass drums. Add a set of lugs on the bottom, and you're good to go. I'm a fan of the shallow depth. Used to be a dime a dozen on e-bay, but it seems they've become rare.

hi I have some nice vintage Slingerland, Leedy and Radio King 16x12 shells that have had the original wrap professionally removed. They are ready to re-wrap in Red sparkle!
